Q\u00eb nga dhjetori 2013, me miratimin e Ligjit p\u00ebr ndryshimin dhe plot\u00ebsimin e Ligjit p\u00ebr Inspektoratin Shtet\u00ebror <\/strong><strong>t<\/strong><strong>\u00eb Bujq\u00ebsi<\/strong><strong>s\u00eb<\/strong><strong> (Gazeta Zyrtare e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb Nr. 164\/2013), Inspektorati Shtet\u00ebror <\/strong><strong>i<\/strong><strong> Bujq\u00ebsi<\/strong><strong>s\u00eb<\/strong><strong> ka statusin e <\/strong><strong>subjektit<\/strong><strong> juridik, llogarin\u00eb e vet t\u00eb buxhetit si p\u00ebrdorues i buxhetit, i linj\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb, zhvillon n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur procedurat e pun\u00ebsimit n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me ligjin dhe vendos p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat dhe detyrimet e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnies s\u00eb pun\u00ebs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Puna e Inspektoratit drejtohet nga drejtori i cili em\u00ebrohet dhe shkarkohet nga Qeveria e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut, me propozimin e Ministrit t\u00eb Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb, Pylltaris\u00eb dhe Menaxhimit t\u00eb Uj\u00ebrave. Drejtori \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn e tij para Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb dhe Ministrit t\u00eb Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb, Pylltaris\u00eb dhe Menaxhimit t\u00eb Uj\u00ebrave. Drejtori merr masa dhe kujdeset p\u00ebr aft\u00ebsimin dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin profesional, duke organizuar trajnime profesionale dhe p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse n\u00eb vend dhe jasht\u00eb vendit,
